Despite our recession (though apparently it’s recovering), some industries are on the rise. One of them, according to BBC News, is the pet industries. Here’s an interesting topic I don’t often get to cover on the pets blog: pet history. In today’s world sometimes it seems like pets are over-pampered, taken to expensive salons or left giant inheritances. Sea World Cares

If you live in Central Florida and are considering adopting a pet, then I have a great deal for you. If you adopt from one of three specific shelters, then you can earn two free single-day tickets to Sea World. One of the Center’s more unusual residents I’ve a heartwarming story to share from the rescue with which I volunteer. For the majority of 2010 we cared for Miles, a 7-year-old Bassett Hound. Having a local dog park is the dream of every dog owner.
